To reserve the clubhouse facility, the person renting the facility (renter) agrees to comply with the following:

To reserve the Clubhouse facility, the person renting the facility (renter) agrees to comply with the following:

Coordinate and schedule your event with the clubhouse chairperson.

Rental of the Clubhouse does not include use of the swimming pool facilities.

Renter must be a BHL Homeowner, be of good standing and current on membership dues.
Nonresidents can not rent Clubhouse.

Renter will pay a $100.00/event fee, with check payable to BHL HOA.

Renter will provide a $75.00 check for a Cleaning deposit.
Renter will provide a $75.00 check for a Damage deposit.

The Clubhouse chairperson will check the Clubhouse following any event.
If the Clubhouse is not properly cleaned, the $75.00 cleaning deposit will be kept by BHL HOA.
If damage is noted and not reported, the $75.00 damage deposit will be kept by BHL HOA. The renter agrees to assume all liability for any damages to the Clubhouse that is due to the actions of themselves or their guests, not to be limited to the $75.00 deposit amount, and agrees to reimburse the BHL HOA for these damages or to make immediate repairs of the damages to the satisfaction of the BHL HOA.

The Clubhouse key must be returned by 6:00 pm on the day following your use of the clubhouse, unless other arrangements have been agreed to with the Clubhouse chairperson, in order to receive the Damage deposit.

The maximum occupancy for the Clubhouse must not exceed 75 people.

A responsible adult must be present at all times during the event.
